FAO : Club Members
Please be advised that the club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 12th May 2023, starting at 7pm.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to hear reports on the past 12 months of activity from the club officers, ask questions regarding the business and direction of the club, and participate in the election of certain club officers for the year ahead. It’s also an opportunity for a drink with your friends (Bar opens at 6pm!)
The following roles on the committee will be open to nominations at the end of this 2022/23 season:
• Hon. Secretary (Currently Vicki Miley)
• President (Currently Jai Nairn)
• Hon. Treasurer (Currently Henk Michels)
NB : The current holders of the above posts have indicated that they would be happy to continue in the roles.
If you wish to enquire what responsibilities are involved in these roles, or wish to volunteer your time and skills in another capacity for the benefit of the club and its community, please do contact the Club Chair who will be delighted to hear from you at darren@wildcats-uk.com
If you wish to nominate yourself or a fellow member for election for one of the Club Officer roles available please email your nomination to the Club Chair at darren@wildcats-uk.com before midnight, Wednesday 10th May 2023.
Please note - Your nomination must be seconded by a second club member and your candidate must be aware of your nomination, so please copy them into your email.
Please note - Only Full members over 18 years of age, who have paid their annual membership fees are eligible to vote at the AGM. (Social members and M&J player members are not eligible to vote)
